Fleet fueling brings diesel to the trucks
Fleet fueling is a truck that comes to the yard, the terminal, or the row of parked units. Drivers stay on the clock instead of hunting a retail island.

Name the stop you are taking off the road
A local fleet that parks overnight wants a wet-hose pass before the first dispatch. A regional carrier with a bulk tank wants a transport into that tank on a set day. A mixed yard wants clear ULSD for the highway trucks and a separate gasoline or dyed product for anything that is not licensed for the road. Those are different quotes.
Write how many units, the approximate gallons each can take, and whether DEF is on the same visit. A 40-truck yard at 40 gallons each is not “a couple thousand diesel.” It is a hose path, a time, and a truck that can turn around between the trailers.
What has to be true on the ground
The delivery ZIP is the yard, not the billing office across town. Say which gate opens, what hour the lot is clear of departing trucks, and whether a tanker can pull to a fixed tank or a wagon has to walk the line. Overhead doors, parked trailers, and a fuel island that is already in the way all change the truck.
DEF freezes and contaminates easily. If the jugs or the tote live outside, say so. A distributor who lists DEF can price it with the diesel. A distributor who does not list it should not be asked to improvise a second product on the apron.
How to pick a company
Search the yard ZIP and choose ULSD. Check tank wagon when the trucks are fueled in place, and transport when a yard tank takes a full load. A search lists verified companies and stronger reviews first. Nearest and Recommended are there when distance or the published ranking method is the question you actually have.
Open one profile and send one quote. Put the unit count, the gallon estimate, the DEF need, and the hour in the notes. A second company means a second profile. Bulk Fueling does not publish pump prices and does not fan the request out.
Questions
Is fleet fueling the same as cardlock?
No. Cardlock is a site your drivers visit. Fleet fueling comes to the yard. Some distributors offer both.
Can one visit cover diesel and DEF?
Only if that company delivers both and the truck is set up for them. Say so in the quote instead of assuming the diesel stop includes DEF.
