One quote goes to one distributor
The request is saved, then emailed to the company whose profile you used. It is not sold as a shared lead.

Why the form is on the profile
A dispatcher who wants three prices opens three profiles and sends three quotes. Each company sees its own request, replies to you, and works the lead in its own login. Bulk Fueling does not run an auction and does not reveal who else you asked.
The email uses your address as the reply-to and can include a blind copy to the directory. If delivery fails, the lead remains saved and can be resent. You still get a confirmation that it was stored.
What the company sees
They see the contact, the fuel, the gallons, the ZIP, the heavy-haul flag, the date, and your notes. They mark the lead contacted, won, or lost. Those updates are how a response time can later affect rank, and only after three contacted quotes.
You will not see their other customers’ leads. A company login cannot open another company’s requests. That split is the point of keeping the quote on one profile.
Questions
Can Bulk Fueling pick the distributor for me?
The rank orders companies that cover your ZIP. You pick the profile and send the quote. The site does not auto-assign the lead.
What if I used the wrong company?
Send a new quote from the right profile. The first company still has the request you already submitted.
